I think we all ...I, too, would have fallen in love. I think we all have our favourite trees (as mentioned in my recent walk). We obviously adapt subconsciously to circumstances. I would never think of lightning if I saw a damaged tree on Lewis (we very rarely have thunderstorms) and would assume a hurricane.
