Quiztime

Some folk who visit this blog only want the quizzes. "Forget the photo walks, the poems, the family tales, the pontifications and all the other crap that appears here, just give us the quizzes!" So here we are again, it's Quiztime! Today's quiz is in anagrammatic form with every anagram representing a city you will have heard of. Helpful images have been included as clues.   4. I drew a total blank on number 4, so I got 90%. It looked like somewhere in Europe.

  7. I spent ages, but still only got 6! Missed 3,4 8 and 9. I think that the history of Harpenden might have been easier!! Good one though, I liked it.

    I am not sure if I am amused or annoyed by Boner Mule.

    1. Perhaps your city would attract more sex tourists if its name was changed to Boner Mule... or indeed Mule Boner. Mules tend to be very well-endowed.

  10. 10/10! I love anagrams!
    Must admit to pondering over Boner Mule, but realised that the photo was of Melbourne and I've actually walked through that entrance - Flinders Street Station I think! Not wishing to show off, but I've been to eight of the ten places mentioned so the photos helped!
