    3. I quiz a couple of times a month and read a lot. Unless it is celebrities, sport or 1980-2000 Brit Tv that didn’t cross the pond, I’ll give it a go. I have also dipped my toe into being a Quiz Master

  4. Well, I only got 5/10. But I was CLOSE with the Swedish currency. I said "kroner." And my first guess for the 2nd U.S. President was John Adams but then I switched to Thomas Jefferson, D'OH! I completely missed Nairobi, Western Australia, and T Rex.

  5. I misread the first question and thought I was supposed to name two of the seven. (I can name all seven, but didn't pick either of those as my two)
I had a brain lapse on Nairobi, said Kroner instead of Krona, blanked on the musical group, and picked Ben Affleck instead of Matt Damon (I always think of them as a pair).
So I guess I didn't do that well.

  6. 6 out of 10. I should have known Matt Damon but couldn't remember. My excuse? It wasn't yet 6:00 am when I started reading the questions and thinking about the answers. I have to take an early train to Munich today.

By the way, I like General Knowledge!

  13. Well, at least I knew No 6! - I did also know one of the pyramids in Egypt was among the seven wonders, but couldn't recall the name. On the other hand the name Alexandria did pop to mind - but connected to the famous ancient (lost) library rather than the lighthouse...
