"The words a man says are as deep waters..." - The Bible
In today's episode of "Quiztime", competitors will be given two contrasting quotations. Your task is simply to decide which quote came from the mouth of Donald J. Trump, esteemed 45th President Elect of The United States of America and which quote was delivered by the late Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz, 17th President of Cuba.

A "Men do not shape destiny. Destiny produces the man for the hour."
B "When you're a star, they let you do it. You can do anything …Grab them by the p***y … You can do anything."
A "Warfare is a means and not an end. Warfare is a tool of revolutionaries. The important thing is the revolution! The important thing is the revolutionary cause, revolutionary ideas, revolutionary objectives, revolutionary sentiments, revolutionary virtues!"
B “They said, ‘How are you going to change the pageant?’ I said ‘I’m going to get the bathing suits to be smaller and the heels to be higher’.”
A "A person who's flat-chested is very hard to be a 10, OK?"
B "I feel my belief in sacrifice and struggle getting stronger. I despise the kind of existence that clings to the miserly trifles of comfort and self-interest."
A "They talk about the failure of socialism but where is the success of capitalism in Africa, Asia and Latin America?"
B “You know, it really doesn`t matter what the media write as long as you`ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”

How did you do? The producers of "Quiztime" make no apology for the difficulty level of this demanding quiz. The answers will be proudly tweeted by Donald J. Trump on his Twitter feed later this month. Unfortunately, "El Comandante" will be unable to assist with this process
I struggled with this. I'm not sure I got any answers right.
ReplyDeleteYou will find the test easier when your head is not swimming in Banrock Station.
DeleteI liked the difficulty level!!! I'm sure you structured tests in the same way. You wanted me to pass.
ReplyDeleteI did not want you to pass Red! I want you to live forever!
DeleteI was hoping all Fidel's quotes would be in red type and then I wouldn't have to think who might have said what. That's a really, really hard quiz Mr P. I think I might have failed this test.
ReplyDeleteAlphie
Don't worry Alphie. It was extremely challenging.
Delete*sigh* Can we please have something a bit more challenging? I'm bored.
ReplyDelete*Takes out kindle and starts to read*
You must remember that not everybody is blessed with the mental agility that you possess Ambassador MR.
DeleteI was going to say "who cares?", but then I realised that one of the self-serving idiots is still around, and who knows what havoc he will wreak in the next four years ! Might it be an idea to start building those bomb shelters?
ReplyDeleteWe don't need a bomb shelter as we already have an underhouse/cellar area where I am gathering a stash of canned goods - including bully beef.
DeleteAll I can say is God help us over the next 4 years. He's already rubbing China up the wrong way.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he will keep dashing out his tweets when he is in The Oval Office.
DeleteWhat's to stop him? Our next president is a damn Twitter Troll.
DeleteI am too lazy to even try YP.
ReplyDeleteTry YP spicy sauce?
DeleteRandom thoughts from across the pond:
ReplyDelete1. This post does a lot to raise the level of conversation. Not.
2. Please write a post about the four worst things you ever uttered.
3. The word "unfortunately" somehow crept into your last sentence.
1. Well I think it demonstrates the shallowness and loose morals of one compared with the selfless aspiration and dignity of another. Whether or not I am right could surely ignite plenty of conversation.
Delete2. I don't need to write such a post. The four worst things I ever uttered were "Damn!", "Blast!", "Hell!" and "Flipping Heck Bob!"
3. "unfortunately" because the poor fellow is dead. In my book that counts as pretty unfortunate.
I really struggled with this one. Are some of those quotes from the Bible?
ReplyDeleteHahaha!
DeleteAll of Mr Trump's quotes were inspired or lifted directly from The Bible. It influences every utterance he makes.
DeleteThere are things that are beyond my comprehension. Since November 8. No, not your questions. I really would like answers to these questions.
ReplyDeleteHow did any women vote for the Donald?
How did any Christian or Jew or Moslem vote for the Donald?
How did any Spanish speaking person here vote for the Donald?
There are millions of people here who say they are not racist. But, if you have listened to the Donald at all and still voted for him, they you must be.
The four year shit storm that will be his presidency is well underway!
I have the feeling that the guy didn't really want the job. He just wanted a damned good fight with Hillary Clinton. In his heart of hearts he must surely realise that he hasn't got what it takes.
DeleteOur best chance is if Don Cheeto drops dead from over excitement with one of his beautiful pieces of arse
ReplyDeleteDo you have bookies in Australia? Here's a hot YP tip: Trump will die in office.
DeleteI don't want to talk about Trump anymore
ReplyDeleteWe all shouldn't
You are probably right. Please forgive me... but one last time I just wanted to emphasise his utter crassness.
DeleteThat's truly scary.
