Cakes

The "Bosh!" story continues. As the proud father of the guy on the left I just had to tell you that "Bosh!" cakes are now being sold in "Tesco" supermarkets. For those who live outside Great Britain, let me clarify that "Tesco" is our country's biggest supermarket chain. I understand that the cakes will also be available in two other  big supermarkets before very long.

There are just two cakes to begin with -  "Luscious Lemon Cake" and "Ultimate Chocolate Cake" - both 100% vegan of course. What an amazing moment for Ian and Henry. You can see how delighted they are in the picture.

Who knows - perhaps other "Bosh!" food products will follow the two cakes. Unfortunately, the lads have struggled to make an acceptable vegan Yorkshire Pudding! Where the "Bosh!" phenomenon is going it's hard to say but it has been a great ride so far.

I believe that the cakes are retailing at £3.50. Perhaps if you are a British visitor to this blog you will look out for one next time you are in "Tesco". I'm not sure if they will be available in the smaller "Tesco Express" stores.

    1. They have tried to make Yorkshire Pudding in various different ways but the vegan Yorkshire Pudding is as elusive as a rainbow's end.

  12. The cakes look quite tasty. Congrats to your son and his partner. Is he related to Marie Antoinette? Let them eat cake:)

I have a question. In England, dessert is called pudding, so why is Yorkshire pudding not a dessert?

  15. What wonderful leaps forward Ian and Henry have made since they began the BOSH venture. Ian was so right to step away from the retail and modelling (as handsome as he is!) - a move that must have been scary at the time, but it's so thrilling to see him discover his real passion and the possibilities that have emerged. The 'icing on the vegan cake' is, of course, reading the lovely posts that reflect just how genuinely proud his mum and dad are of them both and their success. I shall certainly be treating myself to those cakes when I see them. Stay safe, Elizabeth.
