Oh my goodness! Those pink cheeks and bright blue eyes. Your grandfather was not pulling our leg (as he is wont to do). You are adorable.

Deletei dunno, Phoebes, yousound a bit as if gwanpa is writing your guess post, it's quite biased towards him, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteI like your word "yorking" I think I'd like to use it.
Keep lernin and teachin. In my opinion, teachin is where it's at for you right now, teach those oldies what you want and when you want it, teach them to supply milkos and cwtchs and songs. You'll have them lernin to stay on their toes!
Fank oo kylee. Gwandpa jus did de typin 4 me as my fingus are 2 small.
DeleteOh, I did indeed, Phoebe. I hope to read more posts from you in the future. You are so lucky to have grandma and grandad so close to you so you can get to know both of them at the same time you are growing so fast. Before you know it, cherished babe, you will be off on a walk with grandpa and be exploring the wonderful rivers and streams, hills and dales, and learning about the most wonderful animals like cows and sheep. That is, if Clint will take you on as a passenger. He is pretty grumpy sometimes.
ReplyDeleteFank oo Anti-Donut. I hev nevver sin a ship or a coo. One day ah will ride on a ship.

DeleteHow perfectly lovely to make your acquaintance, Phoebe! Now that you have mastered coulors and windoes and curtins, May I suggest that you tackle spelling next. You are very beautiful and look very much like the baby on the original Gerber baby food jars in America.

DeleteHello Phoebe!
ReplyDeleteWell this makes very nice change from your Grandpa's blogs. You have certainly learned a lot in your nearly four months, and I don't doubt that Mummy and Daddy, and your Grandpas and Grandmas will comment on how quickly the time has gone by, and how quickly you have grown. You'll hear them say that a lot!
Don't worry about your spelling - I think you're just practising for when you get your first smart phone, in a couple of years time. You're doing pretty well and will have no problem making yourself understood. But don't let your Grandpa Yorkie know!
It will bee R seacwut Nana CG.
DeleteMuch joy - the greatest perhaps.
ReplyDeleteNot cold Joy Miser shed. Cold phoebe!!!
DeletePhoebe, what song were you singing when Grandpa took that photo?
ReplyDeleteI woz singun "Behold and see, if there be any sorrow" fwom Handulls Messhigher.
DeleteHello Phoebe, you are probably the youngest guest-poster ever, and certainly the most beautiful! You say you are lucky to have a grandpa like yours. Well, I‘d say he is lucky to have a granddaughter like you!
ReplyDeleteEye yam jus a lickle baybee. Fank oo!
DeleteShe is lovely and I don't believe for a moment that she wrote this. I'm sure her spelling is impeccable.
ReplyDeleteGwandpa head 2 do de tiepin.
DeleteDear Phoebe, what a wonderful guest post, and how clever of you to put it together. You are quite right; you are very lucky to have the grandad that you have, as well as all the other wonderful people in your life, but you are also bringing so much joy to many others, beautiful girl. Sending my love to you, Elizabeth.x
ReplyDeleteTank oo Anti-Lizabreath!
DeleteWait till Phoebe learns that Gwandpa communed with the Moai on Easter Island.
ReplyDeletePhoebe will want to unwrap her chocolate egg on her very own Easter Island.
You will need to recreate Easter Island in the garden. With those miniature Moai.
Haggerty
I can buy plastic moai from our local garden centre. I think they sell Haggerty Heads too.
DeleteWhen Phoebe is a toddler she will be on speaking terms with her garden Moai.
Delete*What's Up Wee Man?* she will greet him. All the kids say What's Up Guys?
Haggerty
Lord, that is a beautiful child.
ReplyDeleteAccurate summary Nurse Moon.
DeleteThat's a very cute photo. Look at those eyes!
ReplyDeleteWe are biased of course.
DeleteI say lets have a Phoebe guest post every week .
ReplyDeleteI say let's have a Northsider fence post!
DeleteKeep us posted on the decision.
Deletemiaow, this is taksers cat phoebe. he left his computery thing out again. i don't know why he has a cat name and i have a people name.
ReplyDeleteHerro Phoebe Cat. I yam glade ewe R a cat an knot a doggie.
DeleteIsn't it ridiculous what a Grammy or Grampa will do for a grandbaby? You're obviously besotted and I can't say as I blame you, YP. She is perfect!
ReplyDeleteYes she is and I am happy to be in the Grandpa club.
DeleteI think that she was singing John Rutter's "Look at the World". A world that Grandpa will enjoy showing her as they walk the hills together. She grows more beautiful every time we see her.
ReplyDeleteAdele
My photos do not do her justice Adele. Of course Charlotte Grace is much prettier.
DeletePhoebe suspiciously has a good bit of praise for her grandfather.
ReplyDeleteNot enough in my very humble opinion - YP
DeleteCwute! :)
